At Nudog, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness. Below is everything you need to know about managing returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it.

Before Dispatch: We can cancel orders that haven’t yet been shipped.

After Dispatch:

Non-perishable items can be returned at your expense.

Frozen Dog Food cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
Promotions and Discounts
Canceling part of an order tied to special offers, discounts, or free delivery may void these benefits. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
Frozen Dog Food
Due to the perishable nature of Frozen Dog Food, returns are not accepted. Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong Frozen Dog Food item.

The food arrived in an unusable state, such as being thawed or damaged during transit.

Any other issues affecting the quality of the product.

Damaged Items
If your order is damaged upon arrival:

Notify us within 24 hours, including photos of the damaged items.

If the parcel was left in a safe place or accepted without inspection, include these details in your report.
We’ll work swiftly to arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.
Returns for Non-Perishable Products
Cold-pressed or other non-perishable products can be returned under these conditions:

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

Subscriptions and Bulk Orders

Cancellations for subscription or bulk orders must be made at least 48 hours before the next dispatch to avoid charges.

For partial cancellations, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining period.
Short Shelf Life or Expired Products
If a product is delivered with a near-expiry date:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing proof of purchase and a photo of the product label.

Eco-Friendly Returns
As a sustainability-conscious brand, we encourage eco-friendly practices:
