UAE Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: Orders over AED 00 enjoy free delivery across the UAE.
- Standard Delivery Fee: AED 00 flat fee for orders below AED 00.
- Sample Boxes: Sample boxes of Cold Pressed and Raw Food ship free, no matter the order value.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and regions in the UAE, including remote locations. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, contact our Customer Service team for clarification. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Delivery Partners
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we collaborate with trusted partners. Delivery carriers may differ depending on your location or the products ordered. If you prefer a specific carrier, you can note it at checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, specific carriers cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
- During peak times or public holidays, dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and your address.
- A tracking email will be sent once your order is shipped to keep you updated on its journey.
Delivery Notifications
Stay informed throughout the delivery process:
- Order Confirmation: An email is sent after you place your order.
- Shipment Notification: A tracking link is provided once your order is dispatched.
- Carrier Updates: Some delivery partners may send SMS or email updates on the status of your package.
Receiving Your Order
- Signature Requirement: Certain deliveries may require a signature for confirmation.
- Safe Place Option: You can request delivery to a safe location via the carrier’s portal. Please note, this is at your own risk, and Nudog is not responsible for loss or damage.
Managing Delivery Requests
- Delayed Shipping: Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need a postponement. Changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
- Correct Address: Double-check your delivery address during checkout, as modifications cannot be made to in-transit orders.
- Missed Deliveries: Coordinate with the carrier directly to reschedule if you’re unavailable at the time of delivery.
Split Deliveries
Orders shipped in multiple parcels will have separate tracking information for each package. Items from the same order may arrive on different days. Contact Customer Service if an item appears to be missing.
Refusing a Delivery
You may refuse a delivery if:
- The package is visibly damaged or tampered with.
- The wrong items were delivered.
- Refusal has been prearranged with Customer Service.
Please note that refusing delivery for frozen or raw food may result in the loss of your order, as perishable items cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched.
Delivery Exceptions
While we aim for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to: Weather conditions or public holidays. Peak season demand. Carrier operational issues. If tracking information isn’t updating or delivery is delayed, contact Customer Service for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Items: Returns are not accepted for frozen or raw food.
- Non-Perishable Items: Refunds or exchanges may be possible if reported within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests are subject to verification and approval. Full details are available on our Returns and Refunds Policy page.
E-commerce Compliance
We adhere to Dubai’s consumer protection regulations:
